At this time there is the most rich people and the most poor people the world has ever seen. income gaps are getting larger between rich and poor people, especially in the USA.
We'll there are specific communities on Europe seen with doubt like Gypsy community who are considered to not work at all and live on social security benefits and people are paying more taxes on feeding jobless people.

This is a nice post. I agree partly. You see people who are having enormous incomes and who lead expensive lifestyles, while a lot of people fail to live on the verge of poverty lines. But still this is very depending on the specific place. In some countries the gaps are smaller in same they are large.

those people are usually menatlly unstable, or sick call it whatever you want, but generally speaking poverty is caused by tragic politic, messy economy handling and stuff like that
