Wait, this is real? Wow, I am sold (even though I was already going to buy both anyway). Haha. Seriously though, I am glad that they are doing some really creative things with the outfits this time around. Super Smash is the first 3DS I am going to purchase in over a year (Pokemon X was my last purchase, and one that I now regret at great lengths), and I may even purchase a new 3DS XL to play it on. Pictures like these are just increasing my hype exponentially, and I cannot help thinking that this could end up being my Game of the Year for 2014 (albeit it has been a pretty dry year in terms of quality game releases).

The leaker said not everyone was unlocked. And there is room for 5 more characters. The Miis are also not there because customization needs to be turned on. So that means 4 more slots or just 2 if they give each Mii variation their own slot.
Having said that I think it's fake. Dr. Mario isn't with the rest of the Mario cast and neither is Dark Pitt/Pittoo or Lucina. Unless they are putting all the clones on the bottom?
