lol don't be ignorant tho. There are many, many very well off people in countries not US/Can/Euro/AUS. Tons of people live VERY high standard lifestyles in countries all around the world, much better than a lot of people in the USA.

Yes, as a whole, there is a lot of poverty and "developing" aspects to countries in the middle east, south america, asia, etc. But some of the living conditions and standards in the USA are quite awful, too.
