Wasn't Gaga's touring peak the monster ball considering she cut the born this way ball short?

With more dates? (129 dates VS 91 dates, like really?) Seems pretty obvious.
She's about to surpass her I think. Next tour if she does stadiums.

Gaga's touring peak equals 95k tickets sold in South Africa.
Is homegirl Perry doing it?

Katy already has more than 30 dates planned than the BTW Ball, so she will likely outgross it based on that.

If it does, it won't be by much nor will it make her the bigger touring force seeing Gaga has done $100+M tours two times over already.

It's not really subjective. If Katy's tour wraps up and she has higher average grossing dates, larger average venue capacities and in more countries, then sure.
I'm going to go out on a limb and say...probably not.

For now yes, I mean it would be bad if she wouldn't considering she has many more dates
