Everyone I know is making a big deal about this, but from what I can see, it's he who wasn't greeting everyone, and it's because he already greeted them individually as they arrived. I like beating up on Bush as much as the next guy, but the media is exaggerating this.

After 8 years of Bush, I've learned not to try to figure out the rationals behind his decisions . My main point though, was that if any snubbing was being done, it was by him and not the other way around.
he passed by a few of them without even acknowledging that they were there, he kept walking and didn't even look over at them, so i think he was the one snubbing people, but then again.... he did acknowledge a few near the end by looking & speaking to them and they didn't shake his hand
