He apparently worked with her prior to her jail sentence.
And I've seen him defend Nicki on one occasion before so I don't understand why he sued Nicki.
Selling copycat wigs on her store (Halloween costumes). IDK if there was anything else.
I'm sure the suit will be unsuccessful anyway, I think legally he can only sue Nicki if he is planning on bringing suit to anywhere that sells fake Nicki Minaj wigs.

if you really think that's the reason. creative differences was cited as the source for them working together. Nicki probably told him she didn't want to do colorful wigs anymore, he got in his feelings and left or she fired him. He took it so personally because he & Nicki crossed that line of boss & employee when they became close/friends & the extremely positive reception of Oscar's wigs
