An abandoned city by next decade.

As someone who goes to Detroit all the time its so true, literally as soon as I cross the bridge to detroit, the first thing I see is a giant abandoned factory. Its pretty depressing too because some of the buildings have such gorgeous architecture ruined by graffiti and smashed windows

Its really nice in the downtown area. Most of the abandoned buildings are being completely renovated into luxury apartments and the shops are plentiful now. They usually only promote the bad areas. But if you're from Michigan you'd know its not bad anymore.
