The music video for WCS was fabulous, though. All of Katy's videos are horrific and so is Taylor's latest.

Anyway, The Giver only cost $20M and Meryl plays a minor role. She'll survive. Morgue stans should be more worried about his racist monster:

The singles didn't chart well in the US b/c radio was so Urban/RHY based and they didn't play pop music. The first 4 singles were huge worldwide hits, and they "felt" big too.

"Dirrty" was practically a rhythmic-friendly song. So was "Can't Hold Us Down."

I really hope it explodes; it's so good. Its radio numbers so far have been very promising. It posted a nearly 2M AI update today alone.
I've read from several sites that Tove actually studied under Max for a while. It would explain her keen ear for huge hooks.

I think the reason I can't get into Break Free is cuz I feel like Ariana's vocals don't soar as much as they should on the chorus.

Well "Dirrty" was a flop here, I should've clarified that. CHUD went Top 3 on Pop and Top 10 on RHY, it was a hit. lol. I believe it only peaked at #12 on the Hot 100 just b/c of all the massive crossover hits that were getting Pop/RHY/Urban play all at once.

True. It worked b/c she owned it and made no apologies for it. Taylor (and Katy with TIHWD) are scared of embarrassing themselves so they're hiding behind ~ tongue in cheek.

It's our party we can do what we want
It's our party we can say what we want
It's our party we can love who we want
We can kiss who we want
We can sing what we want | This is how we do, yeah, chilling, laid back
Straight stuntin' ya we do it like that
This is how we do, do do do do, this is how we do | Cause the players gonna play, play, play, play, play
And the haters gonna hate, hate, hate, hate, hate
Baby, I’m just gonna shake, shake, shake, shake, shake
I shake it off, Ishake it off |
Basically the same theme. :

In the December issue of Blender magazine, Aguilera, 23, says of Spears: "She seemed very distant, even during rehearsals.... She seems to me like a lost little girl, someone who desperately needs guidance."
Spears, 22, hasn't taken Aguilera's comments lightly. As reported by the Associated Press, the pop princess recalls in the magazine's January issue a story about seeing former friend Aguilera for the first time in two years. "She comes up to me in a club in front of all these people and tries to put her tongue down my throat!," says Spears.
"I say, 'It's good to see you,' and she goes, 'Well, you're not being real with me.' I was like, 'Well, Christina, what's your definition of real? Going up to girls and kissing them after you haven't seen them for two years?'

No no no. WCS is about being a terrible person. And TIHWD is about being an idiot.
