Y'all need to quit with this stop drinking soda bullcrap. It is MORE than OK to drink soda once in a while. I'm not saying it's OK to drink an entire bottle a day, but a glass of coke, sprite or anything you like once in a while is definitely not going to harm you. Yes, sugars and the likes are terribly bad for you, but it's even worse to deprive yourself from things you enjoy. I found that if I ''cheat'' once in a while I just continue working out and eating healthy whereas before when I put myself on a strict regime and couldn't control the urge to binge I'd just quit my work out schedule/eating more healthy. It's all about fine balance and knowing your limits. Again, do not deprive yourself!
If you're someone who doesn't really care about soda's and fastfoods and the likes, then by all means, cut them out entirely.
