I was humming the chorus to Taylor Swift's new single Shake It Off and I realized that I transitioned into "Shake" by Jesse McCartney (). The music and rest of the song don't sound similar at all but the choruses have a similar word repetition and happen at almost exactly the same point (that's kind of a reach I know) . Also the use of the word 'shake' adds to the similarity. What do you think? Am I crazy or do I have a point?
