However, we have to wait for the forensics on his clothing because gunshot residue could be found and indicate the police officer was close when he shot the boy. But considering he was shot in the top of the head and inner bicep, which is only accessible when your arms are up, all evidence points to Michael being on the ground/at a lower level than the cop, which means he couldn't have posed a threat. The boy was murdered no matter how you try to spin it.

Depending on the way the bullets entered the body, this could confirm that the police officer didn't murder him. If Mike really was charging him and didn't stop after four shots in the arm, then the next step in any case is to take them down and officers do have the right to do that.

I'm sure the riots will be a lot bigger and it'll keep the protests going for a while longer. Ultimately, I don't think it will do too much even if the officer's story does somehow manage to be true because the Michael Brown case is only part of the protests. People are going to remain pissed for all of the brutality to black citizens and the only thing that could really quell it is new legislation, imo.

There's so much to this story that has yet to be revealed. I was raised in St. Louis, so my heart is broken. I'm trying to keep calm and wait until there's more information. There's two sides to every story and then there's the truth.
