Is today to be a police officer in the US not more complicated? As far as I know, white cops have colleagues of any races, would be quite something disturbing if we could hear talking among themself, when the whities are racists.

Just because you have friends or colleagues of different races doesn't mean you aren't a racist . Mike Brown was about 30 feet away and after being shot the first time and had his hands in the air, which corresponds with the autopsy report. So there was no need to use a lethal weapon. How much clearer does it need to be? You mentioned they were doing a second autopsy, so I'm assuming you saw the first and still decided to claim "he shoot him 3 times in the body but it didn't stop him, so he decided to shoot him in the head."
