I'm sorry? Katy was praising Gaga here...
Not at all, if anything I'm trying to stop them. I posted a video of one of my faves praising another one of my faves... what's so bad about that? Gaga's response in her Much interview was definitely shady though. There wasn't any issues between Katy and Gaga back then yet Gaga still fired shots.
Ya I do, probably more than you. Keep tellin' yourself that tho, honey!

You knew exactly what you were doing, sweetie. The thing is, with the MuchMusic interview, Gaga identified as bi at the time (and still does). And her work with Born This Way was true, heartfelt, and (as has been said in many a thread before) celebrating gay culture, thus her quote saying her music does not "channel the gay community." What she meant by this is that she's not going to release a song that sensationalizes sexuality in the way that "I Kissed a Girl" does. It's a cute bop, but Gaga saw through that and said "I don't think she's ever kissed a girl." There's a clear difference here, and I don't know why Katy fans are having a hard time seeing that line of variance. I don't think any disrespect was meant, but she was being truthful about not "channeling the gays" in the way that Katy did.
