So the waitress comes forward about her storming out without paying after being refused alcohol and throwing money in her face, then Kendall denies the whole thing and NOW Kendall acknowledges it but calls the waitress a liar?
Kendall & her family are really coming off like c u n t s to sue some (at worst) opportunist waitress. You gave her the $7 tip, now pay her dust. Their family does not need the money in any way & suing her would not only potentially ruin her life, it'd just be a waste of time for all involved.
Team no one, but the Jenner/Kardashian family need to check themselves. I have zero respect for them & their desperate, budget hustles.
If Kendall was not guilty she wouldn't sue the waitress but the waitress is probbly right, Kendall is rushing to sue her so the waitress doesn't say any bad word about her again
Anybody has the right to sue when someone is attacking your character and putting out false statements about an encounter.
