500k is the new platinum!
As most of us are all aware, album sales are terrible nowadays. Would you be here for 500K being the new platinum?
I wouldn't mind tbh.
Let's pretend 500k is the new platinum, How many platinum albums does your fave have now?

They should change the rules just to give ARTPOP its platinum cert then change the rules back.

In the late 90's selling 10 million albums was pretty common. Nowadays were lucky if the top 10 albums of the year sell 10 million albums combined. I think it would be a fair change.
