Those pics in the store look like MB. But that doesn't matter. He had never been in trouble prior & he "allegedly" took cigarillos which cost .99 cents!& he was unarmed. No way he would have done time.

Anyways why is the department releasing his name? That might put the officer in danger of retaliation or tarnish his public reputation.
