Ugh, OF COURSE now they are derailing and spinning this into him being a horrible criminal I literally can not with this country. They are literally framing and setting him up right in front of our eyes You can barely even tell who that is in them stupid pictures, and they are wearing completely different clothes than the ones Mike's body was found in.
EVEN IF for some odd reason he did change his clothes in that hour and it is him, no little kid or person period deserves to get shot over a $3 cigar from a convenience store.

Well, what if they are running away with money or merchandise? Then the owner has a right to stop them! In Texas, you can legally shoot someone who is fleeing with your property. Seems fair to me.
For stealing tips:
Quote:
|
For $20.29 stolen from the tip jar of a Houston taco truck, 24-year-old Benito Pantoja was shot with a .357 Colt and killed. The owner of Tacos Del Indio, parked near the Ship Channel, ran him down as he tried to escape with the cash, fired into the getaway car and hit Pantoja in the back.

For stealing beer:

Rodney Duve, 52, was arrested with murder after shooting a 39-year-old thief in the head as he attempted to steal beer just after 8pm Saturday night. He was trying to leave the store without paying for a 12-pack of beer, said officials. Duve's attorney says his client is no longer facing charges.

I dont know. The pictures look like the same clothes to me but that doesn't matter.
All of the witness stories are the same. MB had his hands up & the cop proceeded to shoot & kill him. (Over cigars that cost .99 cents I might add. Even though the police report says they were valued at $49 )
That cop needs to be arrest now.!!! His life was not in any danger.
Also, lol @ them saying the cop was treated for "injuries" Like what injuries? Was his trigger finger bleeding?

Mike And do you all really think he wouldn't go home and change if he did rob Quick Trip?

No, it's just as fake as the "KKK meeting in Ferguson" photo.

Regardless, once someone surrenders and is no longer resisting an arrest, an officer should arrest them, not gun them down. I'm disappointed in Mike and especially Mike's friend if they did indeed rob a Quick Trip, prior, but he should never have been shot after surrendering.

Cops are not allowed to shoot unarmed suspects running away from them.
I have family members in the force, tase them sure but not shooting them multiple times.
That should get you arrested.

Death penalty isn't the punishment for robbery. So even if he did rob them, it wasn't justified.

When something happens in the country, everyone is going to turn to the president. Everyone is expecting Obama to be able to magically make it better. However, the US is designed to have such a separation between the union and the states that even if he tried to directly control the situation, he'd face criticism from most rednecks thinking he's overstepping his boundaries. He's stuck between a rock and a hard place, but he's doing exactly what he can fine right now.

Basically. Some people just don't understand the concept of federalism.

Yes I'm not referring to Mike Brown and I know the law is different in Missouri. I'm just saying, if someone is actually in the process of stealing the law should be more like Texas'.

The law is the same in Missouri. That being said, you can't just shoot someone in Missouri or Texas or anywhere in the United States when they have their hands in the air and are surrendering. It doesn't matter if he fought the officer for the gun, if he stole a billion dollars worth of gas station cigarillos, etc. There should have been absolutely 0 shots fired after the kid surrendered but instead he was mowed down with multiple shots afterwards.

Nope. The best way to rectify protests over injustice to blacks is clearly to remove the first black president unjustly because people don't understand what a system of checks and balances is.

It's obviously a police issue country-wide. Obama can do a lot to influence everyone to settle down.

That's white men in America though.
"If a black man commits a minor offense I can KILL HIM!"
"If a woman slaps me I can BEAT HER WITHIN AN INCH OF HER LIFE!"
No chill.

I thought they called the store and they said he didn't steal anything and that they never called the cops on anyone. That's why the police story kept changing while the separate eyewitness accounts stayed the same
