Is combining the names of two artists considered "nicknaming"? By that I mean either combining them into one name (e.g. "Taylorde") or using one's first name with the another's last name (e.g. "Carly Rae Joplin")? It's not technically mangling, after all.

I think the admins are aware of this issue already. I've seen it mentioned in here a lot (it's happened to me countless times, too).
