I hate to say this; but I noticed she's just not great with ballads anymore ever since E=MC2.
Her uptempos > ballads SO MUCH it's not even funny. Bye Bye, I Stay In Love, I Want to Know What Love Is, H.A.T.E.U., Angels Cry, One More Try, Heavenly, and Cry are so outshined by the uptempos on each album.
Touch My Body, Migrate, I'll Be Lovin' U, Obsessed, Ribbon, It's a Wrap, Thirsty, Make It Look Good, and Dedicated just say NOPE.

Are you okay there iHype? H.A.T.E.U. especially is flawless, and so is Cry and Heavenly. Questioning your taste tbh.

I don't visit here often since, with a Gaga avi I feel like I have no place here, but just wanted to say how much I've fallen in love with Mariah in the past year and a bit, and how much I love all her albums especially Emancipation, Memoirs and Me... I Am Mariah. And Faded has been slaying my existence throughout the whole of summer and is showing no sign of tiring.
