Replace Raven with anyone else and nothing would have changed...she provided a voice. A role she got through Disney connections.

this is true, Raven did NOT sell this movie, there were other very famous starts providing voices as well, but you would have to wait for the credits to even KNOW who they were, these are little kids and VERY young teenagers who provided the majority of sales, and it was not due to Raven so Raven did NOT make history by providing that mass group to buy this movie, and the dolls are not selling off the shelves because of Raven, but because of the character.

DEAD. Like this is a Raven movie at all, LOL. I feel truly sorry for those who have to celebrate such 'success' cause they have nothing else.

When I was in America, it seemed to be the only thing that was getting promoted at Disney, apart from HSM3. It still had a lot of high promo especially in the Magic Kingdom & Downtown Disney. Plus Walmart was promoting it to **** ... So just because she only voiced it doesn't make it less of an achievement. It's still the first black character in a Disney animation film.
