Could I get a rate idea approved which I can sit on?
Basically, it's called the Better Late Than Never Rate and would include albums which were excessively delayed.
I'm thinking Cher Lloyd's Sorry I'm Late, Azealia Banks' Broke With Expensive Taste whenever it comes out, and Iggy Azalea's The New Classic. All of them were excessively late, of course, all of them are female artists, all of them were released within the space of a year, presuming Azealia delivers on BWET being released in January, and all of them market themselves as having an urban edge, although some clearly more than others.
I'm not asking to do it now (obviously) but it'd be nice to have the idea approved so I could do it at some point next year
