Sis is intentionally trolling using misleading titles that have nothing to do with the rate. Over the past day I've noticed "M.I.A. STEALING money and is down with double dealing", "M.I.A. set on fire", "M.I.A DRAGS US Government", and the thread title is currently "M.I.A. CAUGHT robbing a phone"

Actually, all of these titles either reference a line in a song which has just been eliminated (the stealing one is a line from the song Tell Me Why, robbing a phone was the song U.R.A.Q.T.), referencing the topic of a song (the US government one was for The Message, a song about Google being 'connected to the Government'. It was actually MIA EXPOSES US Government as the song was released in 2010, WAY before the PRISM scandal broke), or referencing a song title (the fire one was for the song Fire Fire, and it also included a lyric from the song).
I don't see how that 'has nothing to do with the rate'.
