I highly doubt that. Even if they didn't want to hear those Madonna hits they're still recognizable. Country is such a...boxed in genre compared to others. Even if you don't listen to pop music or Madonna, you know some of those songs or have heard or seen them somewhere. If you don't listen to country music and aren't into the culture, you don't know big country hits no matter how big they are in the format. You aren't going to hear them out at the bar or casually flipping through the radio.
Even if guys wouldn't normally choose to listen to Madonna or Bruno or Beyonce, they still have recognizable mainstream hits and they still know at least some of their songs.
Before He Cheats is literally the ONLY thing people are going to know of from Carrie, if that, unless they are avid fans of country music. And considering this is the Superbowl not NASCAR....that won't be the majority.
