Losing a parent is so rough - the first few months are especially raw but it does get better. Soon you'll remember the good times more than you think of the bad.
I had a very sketchy period in my teens and tried Fluoxetine/Seroxat/Prozac - it's the same thing just with different names. The manufacturer GlaxoSmithKline got into trouble because it was found the medication was having adverse affects on young adults - that info was kept back and doctors were prescribing it to young people with tragic consequences. I don't think medication should be the first attempt at a solution tbh.
