Discussion: Christy Mack hospitalized by boyfriend "War Machine"

Apparently critically-acclaimed actress Christy Mack and one other unknown person were beaten by her MMA fighter boyfriend "War Machine" who is now on the lam... he has been dropped by his sponsor Bellator...

Larry Brown Sports is reporting that Mack is afraid for her life, after being hospitalized with severe injuries that include a broken jaw and eye socket fracture. Mack was beaten so badly on Aug. 8 that she reportedly is having trouble speaking. Luckily, Mack is expected to make a full recovery, and her injuries are non-life threatening.

Disgusting... people are speculating on whether Mack will press charges.

Now, I don't get how it's up to citizens to press charges or not. Lots of serious domestic issues would go unpunished. Here in Canada the police would be the ones pressing the charges, it's not optional...

She says he threatened to rape her but was unable to perform.
