That is true, PC language is so :-/

But "black" sounds fine to me. Once again, I am not African American, but I don't see why anyone would take offense to it. "African American" is a mouthful and it sounds like you have a stick up your ass when you say it anyway.

I think by "colored" it makes more sense if she's just referring to the fact that he's the first president of ANY minority...so black wouldn't cover the full meaning.
