Yeah. It was actually something very recent too, so I can understand the impulse when you just feel like you are spinning out of control. A brisk walk with music has been helping me lately. Or starting a new project, a new story, or maybe messaging an old friend at night. Something to make you excited. I'm bipolar, so I get these manic attacks that are followed by depression that can just be KILLER.
You just got to find something that will help keep your mind off of it.
