It is saying something that the Windows device has massively more features, equal specs, and is cheaper though.

That pretty much applies to all Apple products though. If you are actually intelligent enough to understand technology anyone can find a better device for half the price.

... no the Windows "tablet" runs Windows 8/8.1, the same system you use on a desktop PC/laptop. You can't run a full operating system on an iPad, it's impossible. It's not even close to being in the same league.

That's the impressive part. The Surface PRO has all the capabilities and still maintains the beloved tablet form factor (with the special keyboard). It's lighter than a regular laptop, has 9 hours of battery yet maintains the power of devices like the MacBook Air. And this isn't even the higher end pro 3.

The surface PRO and the surface RT are different devices btw. Surface PRO 3 is adored by the tech community and it really has no real competition right now. It's the only "tablet" that can replace a laptop.

Let's put it this way, Windows is FAR from laggy (unless you're still on Vista

) and the highest end Windows computer is still cheaper than the lowest end Mac and runs at equal if not higher specs.

I'd gladly compare any Dell or HP device running Microsoft's OS to a Mac of equivalent price. Only then will you see how flawed Apple is.

Yes of course because a operating system that uses barely any resources runs better on a device like a Mac that costs $1000 for the bare minimums than a $500 PC that more than doubles the bare minimums.
