Because she should be held at-least somewhat accountable to the things she says?
Saying photoshop is bad and damaging to young people, getting praised for speaking out and in turn dragging the magazine that asked her to be on the cover; then releasing a photograph that she is paying for, that barely even looks like herself?
It's a direct contradiction, she made a "body positive" campaign when she was called fat, then she releases a photo that is hardly an accurate representation to what "she looks like when she gets out of bed".
