Releasing a shot that is arguably more edited than the cover she found to be so damaging to young people.

There was no shade or flamebait in this post, DO NOT CLOSE THIS, it is a perfectly acceptable critique of Gaga's behavior.

I don't really care about photoshop. The cover looks good though, so I guess it's photoshop done right.

It's her body and her choice. If she's being a hypocrite, so what? Not like it's the first time

She doesn't always get what she wants. So no not really but technically everyone is one so yes, yes really.

and the way all those muscular men are all over her like the photoshoots of most female popstars.... i thought she was so "above" all that and not the "typical" pop star. some photoshop is okay because it's the norm. sometimes they overdo it but if the face is recognisable it's okay for me.

this could be any model. she's completely unrecognisable.

She's still got a huge fan base, royalties, a new album with a jazz legend on its way, sold out tours and I could go on.

The constant threads bashing her are getting really old, guys. If you don't like her, fine. But she's a good person and does not deserve this all the god damn time.

She never said this and until you find me another pop stars poster thats EXACTLY like this you're just trolling.

Because she should be held at-least somewhat accountable to the things she says?

Saying photoshop is bad and damaging to young people, getting praised for speaking out and in turn dragging the magazine that asked her to be on the cover; then releasing a photograph that she is paying for, that barely even looks like herself?

It's a direct contradiction, she made a "body positive" campaign when she was called fat, then she releases a photo that is hardly an accurate representation to what "she looks like when she gets out of bed".

I mean she has a dark look in that pic so its expected to have some photoshop

She's in general a hypocrite. No hate but it's true.

Her trying to be too different is what got her where she's at right now.
She has a perfume to sell and isn't at her peak anymore. Horns and blood everywhere won't work anymore !

There's a difference between a cover of a magazine that's going to be staring at everybody from magazine racks and an ad almost nobody is going to see.
