Sometimes she can be preachy(but I kind of like that)
Doesn't always follow through.

Sis make up and lighting can do wonders. She has never had a nose job.

She hasn't done anything to her nose, stop lying, LadyGagaFan.

Yes she did. I have a cosmetology license and I can assure you that not even conturing with heavy layers can make your nose small with such a drastic size and lightings can only change certain angles.
