75,000 copies exclusively sold the first week through only one retailer which is not that big when it comes to music sales is damn good.

Her GH album was released in a period in which sales are at it's highest, and she could only do 75k? Disgusting numbers. Lol @ the Christina fans trying to act as if Target is some sort of small local market! It's one of the biggest music stores in the USA! Christina's record label used the internet to promote this album ( Myspace, Facebook ), she did 2 intervies for it, shot an advert for it, new music with brand new remixes of some of her older songs. Promotion costs money. It ain't cheap. With all that promotion her poor record label has to pay so much to get so little in return.
But of course not everyone can be like Britney and her GH. She didn't even do 1/10 th of the promotion Christina did, yet her sales went like this:
USA: #4 255K
UK: #2 115k
Japan: #1 172k

3 of the biggest markets in the world.

Christina now has her flop GH to add to her ever growing list of flops.

Oh, of course Britney will always be superior to Christina. Even when Britney doesn't promote her GH she still sells 255k. That speaks volumes. That and the fact that 10 years after her debut, she can still score hit singles. When was Christina's last #1 single? 2001? The 8 minute clip of Circus ***** all over Christina's entire music career and her life. 10 years later Christina can't even sell 100k of her album in the 1st week, yet Britney is pretty much headed for total world domination in 09.

Just because Christina has a minor boost on iTunes, doesn't make her song do better. That boost is what you see on the chart now, which is GAGA gaining ahead of her on airplay after being nowhere near a hit a couple of weeks ago, and ahead of her on the official digital chart. KGB will fall again next week.
