I didn't choose to be gay, but I agree it's not the same thing, I mean, MJ chose not to be black and he wasn't later on in his life, so which one is the choice?
*Gender/sexuality/race are all things you are born with and you can't change in my opinion, I just used MJ as a very polarizing example just to make a point towards a homophobe.
