Depending on the theme you had it was always possible. My theme automatically made those private but idk why it's a problem if people see your likes

Actually, all you got to do is click "block" on the message, and then check your "blocked users" list and you can see who dun it.

EDIT: Wait, apparently it doesn't work anymore. I never tried it myself because I don't get any anons.
