I'm not big in to racing games and MK8 seems really short. I am ready for Amiibo, though.
The first column has Ash's hat and Pikachu. I remember thinking about that as a kid and LOVING that game.
I'm also pressed that smash for Wii U is not being released alongside the 3ds version. Like Nintendo is doing to itself what 3rd party developers do to it (Watch_Dogs )

It's honestly not even smart marketing. I would hold the 3DS vers. off until early 2015 or something. I know it's crazy but the 3DS is just going to eat into the wii u's potential sales.

Do you guys have the configure MK8 app? It shows the stats of all the vehicle classes and let's you save and compare your faves. It's pretty wonderful...http://kotaku.com/what-every-serious...eds-1615922463 ... It's android only for now tho but they said its in development for iOS. Also its not an official Nintendo app so get it just in case it gets taken down
