Well first of all, "Womanizer" obviously doesn't need to be performed yet considering it has hit #1, and hasn't left iTunes top six since it was released. As for trusting her to put on a show, that could be another part, but not because of your reasons.
You should be more worried about Beyonce rushing to get people interested.
