I'm working for this Vietnamese record label and they LOVE hire gay people lol. The gayer you are the better chance of you getting the job to work here. We have in house fashion designers, make-up artists, hair stylists, stylists, singers, etc... All of them are gay and fem. My boss said that gays are cute, she loves working with the gays.

I've been told that I sound really camp but I have only received two rejections in my life and have had more than 20 callbacks that were successful.

I do agree that someone whose voice is dripping with gay would have a hard time. I think some gays should learn to speak from their chest more often because a lot of the times they speak from their nose + throat so it sounds higher pitched. If you have a deeper more stronger voice then your interviewer will take you more seriously.

Wait, what? Are you actually from the UK? Because I am and I've never had to do this for any job I've ever applied for. And even ones which do have a sexual preference field as part of the application will always be non-mandatory or will provide a "Prefer not to say" option or something along those lines. The whole "you have to for every application" thing is straight BS though.
