President Barack Obama received birthday greetings from around the world when he turned 53 years old on Monday, but some of those wishes weren't exactly well.
In Russia, protesters used lasers to beam a crude, racist image of Obama onto the former U.S. Embassy in Moscow, which is today the embassy's Consular Section. The image showed the president in a birthday hat with a banana going in and out of his mouth followed by projections of the words "Obama" and "happy birthday" in English.

Just seems like an average caricature of a US president, not exactly news. It's not crude either, it appears like they have a pretty sophisticated projector setup.

Really, this particular one is not racist at all. It's just political cartoon. The only reason to claim it's racist is the fact that "three monkeys" symbol is used (read like "three monkeys = Obama is monkey, RACISM!!!!111", I guess, you understand it's stupid and paranoid to interpret things in a such way - it's common symbol which can be applied to anyone).
And about another picture, I guess it was malicious joke. Like, if people hear politicians unfoundedly labeling them as "agressors" and talking about "punishing them" for others' sins like kids... they will get angry.
The picture posted by the OP isn't at all racist. You have to click on the link to see the banana picture, which is a clear-as-day, centuries old racist taunt.
But who cares. With everything that happens in Russia, this is tame.
