Those are Drake's studio vocals, but considering how many songs Rih/Em have I highly doubt they would waste time sound checking that part of the song if Aubrey wasn't going to show up tonight

There's a 99.99% chance that anything we've heard via sound check (Jay's verse on RTT, Drake's verse on Forever) is going to be performed
