Something Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears must have learned in the Mickey Mouse Club: compassion.
“I don’t pass any judgment on what she does,” Aguilera tells Britain’s Daily Mail. “I always wish her all the best.”
Aguilera, 28, dismissed suggestions the two pop divas were rivals.
“When we both started releasing records,” she says, “it must have seemed as if we were competing with each other, but, in reality, Britney is someone that I used to hold hands with.”
The pair started out together on The Mickey Mouse Club, along with fellow Mouseketeer and future Spears boyfriend Justin Timberlake.
“We were silly little girls together on The Mickey Mouse Club,” Aguilera said of the duo’s common showbiz apprenticeship on on the Disney Channel. “What a journey it has been for both of us!”
A journey, she says, that only started out at the same place.
“We don’t keep closely in touch with one another,” she acknowledged. “Our lives have taken on two different directions.”
Christina is so cute
but they're so different now
however Bitterney fans will always bash her even if Christina says something good about her horrible idol

I actually agree with her. Very different directions.
I always like reading things about Christina and Britney having good things to say about each other, so this was nice.
Also, I'll never understand why people compare how Womanizer peaked at 1 and KGB peaked at 7, because all it proves is that both were top ten hits? I mean, the peak is all that matters, nobody cares/will remember it fell so many spots except for the hardcore fans. Just something I found strange.
ps. LOL at the pictures they chose. They both look goofy.
