Gaga acknowledged the outrage on her twitter, but she didn't say whether or not she'd be returning to pop music, just that she's an ART + MUSIC slave. Whatever that means.
Nope, it's just hibernating for now. I have a feeling after this little rock/jazz phase we'll see a prompt return to pop/dance -- whichever sells the most.

exactly she's just a bit upset about artpop's underperformance, but she won't leave pop it's just a lie. She'll comeback and say "I love my fans so much that I'll make pop music forever"
