Why would someone who thinks the "skinny bitches" line is about them think they're fat? Those two lines are obviously unrelated.
I personally am not hurt by the "skinny bitches" line, but when it comes right down to it putting people down for being thin, even if jokingly, is not okay. Skinny shaming is real, albeit minuscule compared to fat shaming. It's not just the overweight who are insecure about their bodies.
Either way, the song is terrible and this will most likely be her only hit so whatever.
