How can you sue someone that can't protect itself?

Never. They turned over his entire home, searched all of his computers, books and found absolutely nothing proving that he was interested in children. But they did find 10 years worth of heterosexual ****ographic magazines proving that he was interested in grown women. Also, the family that accused him of child molestation had history of extortion, attempting to get money out of other celebrities such as Jay Leno and false rape accusations
Anyone who believes MJ is guilty is ignorant or just wants to believe that he is.

It takes years for people to come to terms with what happened, to be physically and mentally capable of going up on stand, and having to relive all those experiences through questions. Not to mention it takes money to get to this stage in court. Don't be so ignorant.

If you're gonna say it's not true, that's fine, but you sound extremely ignorant when you use the length of time waited as an excuse. Some child victims take decades before they come to terms with the abuse, especially male victims because of the stigma.

I wont voice my opinion on the matter, because I don't want to deal with the backlash. But usually, if there's a rumor going around about someone and a lot of people start speaking out about it, there must be some truth to it. I know he was never found guilty of molestation but that doesn't mean that it never happened.

It was NOT child ****. It was books that had some pictures of naked babies and little children with them from fans. I was NOT ****. And he never even opened them!!! I read the entire file that documented everything they found in his home and it was clearly stated that these books were art books with photography and could not be classified as CP.
