Have to go with my main fave, Kesha. But Katy has a beautiful voice too. I just love how unique Kesha's is! Not that Katy's isn't unique, it is... but I think there's just SOMETHING about Kesha's that I'm drawn to.
Katy, I've never heard Kesha singing live without breaking into rapping in the middle of the song & her songs aren't challenging vocally, Katy's vocals aren't that special but she gives a couple good performances now & then.

Kesha, her voice is one of my favorite in the music industry when her voice is really done (Past Lives). Not necessarily the best singer, but she sounds unique and pleasant to listen to. Even when she uses a lot of autotune it's still interesting in my opinion, very distinctive. I don't know how to explain it.
