but , the trans in the video looks totally like a man to me
This is why our trans brothers and sisters have it so difficult because they get ostracised by much of the homosexual community who should empathise with their struggle and support them not bully them.
the editing is very messy I suspect the identity of the attacker has been cut out because you see him in the background at the beginning but not his face.
I'm not gonna watch it because I might cry at the end. I'm so sick of these hateful people. This world is such a cruel and scary place and It makes me sad.
We shouldnt assume he was attacked for being transgender or whatever he is. I mean, he was being aggressive and confrontational. Obviously he didnt deserve to be stomped but Im not convinced its a hate attack on gays or transgenders.

She was probably ''aggressive'' because those people made fun of her and verbally and/or physically assaulted her first.
She didn't deserve that, but she was telling those men she'd "**** them up" and was asking for some sort of altercation with her arm gestures. She should've walked away.
Yes, and rape victims ask for it when they were short shorts and crop tops too?
In a statement to the Voice, Georgia Equality executive director Jeff Graham condemned the attacker, and urged the city of Atlanta to make the protection of transgender individuals a priority.
“That’s another horrific attack against a transgender or gender-variant person," Graham said. "I hope that the person who has been attacked comes forward so that the police can fully investigate. It is also time to address the overall violence that transgender people live with every day through increased public education and enforcement of the policies that the city of Atlanta has put in place."
Oh, for crying out loud.
There's two sides to every fight, people. Making one person of a racial/sexual/gender group doesn't automatically make it a hate crime. Maybe there was more to this that we don't know.
