3-4% and 6-7% are competitive bodybuilders who would have fasted from carbs and water for a solid 5-7 days.
It's impossible to maintain that level of vascularity. The 3-4% is pre-show and the 6-7% is for a fitness photoshoot, however, they would both be so dehydrated that they'd be on the verge of fainting. Give them each 2L of water (that's how thirsty they'll be) and a meal and they'd have the most incredible physiques.

When bodybuilders compete on stage, that's when they're at their weakest. They have no energy because they haven't had carbs or drunk water in days. I work with a bodybuilder who put on 15kg in a day and a half after one of his shows, just by having a cheat day and restoring all his water levels.
