No she's not. I'm sure songs like Wiz Khalifa - No Sleep, Eminem - Not Afriad, Kanye West - Stronger, etc. got #1 on iTunes. It's likely Drake and Lil Wayne managed it at some point too.
I'm happy for Nicki, but it's not fair to make up records for her and take away from the success of other artists. She's definitely NOT the first rapper to get a solo #1 on iTunes. Maybe she's the first female rapper to do it, but I can't be certain about that since I don't remember all the iTunes #1s.
