also if it's ebola after a decent amount of time we'll know. if it's been a while and they aren't bleeding out of every orifice (seriously, that's what happens, it's scary and gross), it's not ebola (unless they get REALLY lucky and it's a case that doesn't progress to the bleeding phase but that's pretty unlikely) i'd get worried if she vomits blood or something, but otherwise you should be fine
