No I don't. However I do think it's rude restaurants don't equate the cost of their staff into their business model and pay their workers a fair, standardized wage. America...

Why the "tip" can't just be put into the price of a meal, and the equivalent paid as standard to the staff.

Then why is American service so bad compared to New Zealand and Japan?

(aka. other countries I've been to / lived in that have had far better service and no tipping system)
