Yeah, you really need to. This time with yet another underperforming song coming from Katy Perry, though I have to say, I love the other song and I think the video is one of her best.

As for the question in the op - it was claimed for many months now that calling something a flop is determined by many things and one of them is taking into consideration the status of the star, her previous releases etc. Judging by that, Birthday flopped much much more than G.U.Y.

Still G.U.Y. lol even some pop girls here that are called flops here doesn't have a single that flopped harder than G.U.Y.
