Um the "Obviously you don't listen to rap" line is very valid. If you listened to rap, you wouldn't be making statements like "You are rapping about self-entitlement, it has nothing to do with the nature of MJ's death. Stick with the theme. It's simple."

She's just saying that some people want to get rid of her just like the doctor wanted to get rid of MJ. They want the successful ones to fall. She's actually putting MJ in a good light with this line. Comparing people with planes would just be really nonsensical.

No. I don't think she made it into a joke or anything, and she used it to show how people want celebrities to fall. His family (and many others) believe his doctor basically killed him.

Plus MJ is/was a huge public figure, of course his death is going to be referenced in many ways. There are much tackier ways to go about it (like Juicy J name-dropping Jeffery Dahmer, whose victims and their families never signed up to be publicized and referenced). Nicki is fine with this.
